I’m a casual rap fan but I only know stuff by #2 and #3 on your list, and both runners up. I’d probably put SnP at #1 on my own list.

I like Lauryn Hill a lot but I never thought of her as a rapper.
That’s because she sings so much, too. I’d rather hear her sing than rap, that’s for sure. But I love her either way.
